Shipping & Returns



For domestic shipping, we offer Standard and Expedited shipping options.  Standard shipping times require approximately 5-8 business days to deliver from the date your item(s) were purchased and costs $5.95.  Expedited shipping requires approximately 2-3 business days to deliver from the date your item(s) were purchased and costs $12.95*. 

Shipping times are the estimated number of days until you will receive your order after placing it on the website. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. Holidays. On rare occasions and for certain extended delivery zip codes, the order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. During the holiday season (November 23rd - December 24th), total shipping times exclude processing times of up to 2 days for Expedited orders and up to 5 days for Standard orders. Customers that select Expedited options between Friday at 3pm ET and Sunday at 3pm ET can expect an additional 24 hours of transit time.

RETURNS offers returns under the conditions that the request was made within 30 days of the purchase date and the item(s) have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn.  All of the original labels and tags must be present.  We apologize but we do not offer returns on intimates (underwear), swimwear, accessories and/or jewelry for hygienic purposes. 

Please be advised that purchases made online cannot be returned, exchanges or refunded at a Track 23 brick and mortar store, and vice versa.  In addition, all items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.




To initiate a return, please submit an email including your order number and brief description of the item(s) you would like to return to 

One of our representatives will respond to your request typically between 1-3 business days and email you a return shipping label to the the email address you provided at checkout. You can print this label and use it to return the item(s) through the corresponding carrier found on your label (USPS, FedEx or UPS). Please place the return item(s) in a clean, durable shipping pack or box to ensure your item(s) are not damaged during return as we can only process refunds for item(s) in original condition as noted above.

Upon receipt of your return(s), you will be provided with an email confirmation.  Once the item(s) are received and inspected, the refund amount will be issued to the same payment method you used for your original purchase, minus the cost of return shipping.  The return shipping fee is currently $7.99 USD.  

Please allow for approximately 1-10 business days after receipt of your item(s) for the refund to be processed.
